Terms of Reference

15.17.6 The Offshore Committee shall:

(a) promote offshore racing by assisting and providing services to all organisations involved in offshore racing;

(b) Set criteria for designation by ISAF as International or Recognized Rating Systems and Offshore Classes and to review applications.

(c) Establish an organization responsible for the review and the publication of Offshore Special Regulations, to monitor the activities of such an organisation and, on behalf of council, to approve Special Regulations;

(d) Monitor the activity of all elements of Offshore Racing, report to the Council and make any recommendations as may be appropriate from time to time.
