Since this morning, Bruno Peyron has been huddling with the boat’s designers, Gilles Ollier and Yann Penfornis trying to understand what happened and to envisage a solution. Initial explanations will no doubt be given at midday during the chat session that will take place at 1300 (local) at the catamaran Orange’s Press HQ in Paris.
Bruno Peyron will speak from Vannes, with alongside him Gilles Ollier (architect) and Hervé Jan (watch leader in charge of rigging).
