In a radio message, Geronimo’s skipper could hardly hide his satisfaction with the way things are going. ‘It must be the fastest crossing of the Bay of Biscay I’ve ever done’.
He is obviously happy with his first 24 hours at sea. ‘Everything’s going very well on board. The crew is getting used to the routine and really beginning to find their feet. A few days more and they’ll be at absolute full stretch. For the time being though, everything’s going very smoothly and we haven’t had to ask very much of the boat yet’.
