Being held at the International Maritime Organisation headquarters in London from today until the 7 June, ISAF will be representing the sailing community through the entire meeting on all issues of mutual interest.
Among issues arising that are likely to affect sailing vessels of any type include the increase of attacks on ships, boats and yachts by pirates and armed robbers over recent years, and the increase in marine security following recent terrorist attacks, some of which have occurred in and around main ports of call.

ISAF will be producing a full report, following the meeting.
