Italian eSailing National Championship title clinched by Pedrito 22

The Genoa International Boat Show played host to the final of the Italian eSailing National Championship on Saturday 21 September at the Fieri di Genova.

After months of online eSailing competition, the top Italian eSailors congregated in Genoa to fight for the inaugural Italian title.
 
The line-up included 2018 eSailing World Championship finalist Velista71, who has also qualified for the 2019 final and a host of top ranked international eSailors.
 
Watched by Italian Nacra 17 World Champion Ruggero Tita and other members of the Italian Sailing Team, the winner of the selection races was Pedrito 22 (Francesco Pedrotti) who took the gold.
 
Silver went to Mprodigo (Mario Prodigo) and bronze was picked up by Velista71 aka Filippo Lanfranchi.
