Stockholm ready for 2024 eSailing World Championship Grand Final showdown

The stage is set at RedBull Gaming Sphere in Stockholm where, on Sunday 24 November, 12 of the world's best eSailors will come face to face over nine rounds to decide who will be crowned this year's eSailing World Champion and take home the cash prize of USD $10,000 courtesy of Virtual Regatta.

The action gets underway live from Sweden at 4pm CET (3pm UTC) on Sunday 24 November and will be streamed live on the World Sailing YouTube channel.

The Finalists

Twelve finalists from nine nations have survived more than 63,000 races across 32 challenges to reach the final – each looking to topple reigning champion Tristan Peron of France, sailing under the gamer tag Asere.

The Format

Each player will compete across eight races using J70, 49er, F50, ILCA, Nacra 17 and F50 boats, in a variety of simulated wind conditions, before facing off in the Medal Race which is worth double points.
