Steering the Course 2024

Steering the Course is back for 2024, focusing this year on Olympic Pathways!

Steering the Course is back again for 2024, focusing this year on Olympic Pathways!
This will see World Sailing highlight the journey of Sailors, Coaches, Race Officials and Administrators and how their careers and paths have crossed with the Olympic Games.

Alongside this World Sailing will offer the opportunity for MNAs, Clubs and Class Associations to apply for funded Coach Courses and Race Officials Clinics, to develop more opportunities in the sport.

Sailing Clubs, Centres, MNAs and Class Associations are also encouraged to host activities to encourage more Women and Girls to take part in Sailing.

When will the 2024 Festivals take place?

Participants are encouraged to run activities in whichever window suits them best. Activities can run over a morning or afternoon, or the whole 10 days!

Be sure to check the 2024 calendar to see if there is an event running near you. And if you would like to add an event to the 2024 calendar, email catherine.duncan@sailing.org
