Submissions or proposals must be received at the Executive Office by 1200 hours UTC on 1 August 2022 except class rule change submissions, which shall be received by 1200 hours UTC on 1 September 2022.
Participants are reminded that all times listed for the 2022 Annual Conference are local – Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4).
The schedule is considered final, but could be subject to change if required and approved by the World Sailing President.
The Annual Conference open sessions will be streamed live on the World Sailing YouTube channel.

Please be reminded in particular that, should a potential conflict of interest exist or arise in relation to any matter(s) that are to be discussed and/or voted on during any committee or other meetings, that interest should be declared at the beginning of those discussions and/or prior to the relevant vote taking place.
Either at the direction of the meeting Chair or voluntarily, you must recuse yourself from any affected matters so as to avoid any conflicts impacting upon the relevant decision making process.
