Constitution

The Constitution includes the Aims of the World Sailing and the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association of World Sailing Limited.

The Constitution also details the Groups of National Authorities and the number of members that each group shall nominate to Council.

The Constitution was last updated in November 2023 to move the Philippine Sailing Association into Group K and increase Group K’s number of Council Members to two.

 

Regulations

The World Sailing Regulations govern a range of issues on the administration and organisation of the sport of sailing.

The World Sailing Regulations also include the World Sailing Codes which be downloaded as separate files. You can also view documents detailing any changes made to the Regulations following meetings of the World Sailing Council.
